Felix M. Martin, Partner
Mr. Martin's practice includes disputes in Probate Court and complex
civil business litigation. He is admitted to all State and Federal
Courts in California.
Mr. Martin is also a Certified Public Accountant whose unique
combination of legal and accounting experience makes him an
exceptional advocate in disputes concerning trusts, assets and
estates of persons who have died, and conservatorship proceedings.
Mr. Martin has handled hundreds of cases through resolution,
and has experience in jury trials, bench trials, arbitration and
alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation. Mr.
Martin has extensive experience representing Certified Public
Accounts in civil litigation and administrative proceedings,
including before the California Board of Accountancy, and has
successfully handled hundreds of such proceedings.
Mr. Martin's practice includes advice and planning in
uncontested probate proceedings, including representing personal
representatives (such as executors, administrators and trustees)
and beneficiaries. Mr. Martin’s skills and experience in law and
accounting also combine to provide expert guidance to clients in
matters of estate planning, business entity formation, business
transactions and contracts, succession planning, buy/sell
agreements, sale of businesses or professional practices, asset
protection services, including trusts and other related documents.
Mr. Martin is committed to delivering solutions which provide
peace of mind as well as effective tax planning.
Mr. Martin earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from
Illinois Wesleyan University and his juris doctorate, Cum
Laude, from Pepperdine University
School of Law in Malibu, California. He is admitted to the State Bar of
California, the Bars of the United States District Court for the
Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California. He is a
member of the American Bar Association, San Bernardino County and
Riverside County Bar Associations, and the Joseph B. Campbell
American Inns of Court Estate Planning Council of San Bernardino
County.
